MULTIPLE LYTIC BONE LESIONS DETECTED ON CT OF THE CHEST, ABDOMEN AND PELVIS, SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER 2010

History

A 48 yo female with a 7 year history of pulmonary sarcoidosis and a 3 year history of treated micropapillary thyroid cancer complained of new chest and epigastric discomfort beginning over the last three months. The patient underwent an outside CT of the chest abdomen and pelvis (Figures 1 and 2). Vertebral and pelvic lytic lesions were detected (Figures 3 and 4) prompting biopsy (Figure 5).
