History

A 58 yo male with a long history of low back pain developed new clinical signs of myelopathy. The initial imaging assessment utilized cervical spine radiographs (not shown). These were followed by a cervical spine MRI (Figures 1-2). Follow up utilized ultrasound examination with color flow assessment (Figures 3-4).
